HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND?
To return an item for a refund, you must first download the Urban Alpha Returns Form which can be found on our Returns Policy page. Next, print and complete the form, place the returns form into the parcel along with the despatch note for proof of purchase, cut off and attach the returns label to your parcel before finally taking your parcel to your local Post Office.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR AN EXCHANGE?
To return an item for an exchange, you must first download the Urban Alpha Returns Form which can be found on our Returns Policy page. Next, print and complete the form, making sure to indicate the size / colour of the new item(s) requested, place the returns form into the parcel along with the despatch note for proof of purchase, cut off and attach the returns label to your parcel before finally taking your parcel to your local Post Office.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?
Urban Alpha delivers worldwide using a combination of the Royal Mail and Country-specific postal partners.
WHY HAVE I NOT BEEN REFUNDED THE WHOLE AMOUNT?
We refund the price of the purchased goods, and where discount codes have been used, we will refund the discounted price paid. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can change or cancel your order by contacting us directly, provided that the order has not yet been despatched. Please contact Urban Alpha Customer Services team on 0162 5876 374 or online at customerservices@urbanalpha.co.uk with the subject heading ‘CANCEL ORDER’.
As it is our policy to try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched. After despatch, our Returns Policy will apply.
CAN I ADD A DISCOUNT CODE AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend your order if the discount code was not applied in the checkout.
CAN SALE ITEMS BE RETURNED?
Yes, sale items can be returned. However, items listed in our clearance sales cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
