Size and Fit Guide

It's always worth spending a few minutes to make sure you pick the right size. The extra effort will reward you with a perfect fit and will save you the hassle of organising a return!

If you are between sizes, you can either choose a larger or smaller size depending on how snug you want the fit to be. If you are unsure, choosing a larger size will ensure that your garment fits.

Similarly, some garments may shrink a little when washed, and then stretch out to their previous size when worn. Always make sure to follow the washing instructions to avoid excess shrinking. 

KNOWING YOUR SIZE

Underwear is traditionally measured from around the waist. If someone can do this for you it will be easier, however if you choose to do this yourself make sure you take the measurements two or three times to be more accurate. Avoid pulling the tape measure too tightly, or allowing it to become too slack.

To determine your size, measure around the natural waist (typically the narrowest part, in line with the small of your back and where your body bends from side to side) using the image to the right as a guide.

Be sure to keep the tape horizontal!

Once you know your size, check it against the size charts below. Not all brands have different sizes, so if you can't find a size chart for a specific brand, refer to the standard size chart.
